The 3 step sparring is not set as it used to be. Instead the instructor (or examiner/narrator at grading) will give instructions as to what the attack should be. The defender will take a parallel ready stance position while the attacker will always step back into left W.S. low outer forearm block.
However, in order to assist more junior students we have included below some examples of 3 step sparring routines.
